Dedini has come up with a way to save water which in turn was wasted producing Ethanol. The real challenge was extracting water from the already 70% water heavy sugarcane. The technique is revolutionary as water is quickly growing to be the next oil. This process saves on average 1,800 litters of water per tonne of sugarcane. What is more interesting than that is Dedini has created a net 2,100 litters of water. The method creates 300 litters of waters that can be used for municipal means. The statistics claim over 3 million litters of water can be saved per plant.
