"SHLUMPS" is an independently produced internet series following two friends, Colin and Dave, as they struggle to create a short film to be submitted into the Cannes Film Festival. Colin, in his second year at film school, developed an Internet Sitcom, “CHUMPS”, that became very popular in Taiwan. He dropped out of Film School and moved to Taipei.
