Wall Street pitched lower for the second straight session Wednesday as record-high oil prices worry Americans. The cause stated is that the overall world requirements for oil and energy has outstripped the available supply. Didn't the Presidents Clinton and Bush(es) realize that when you put a World Order into place, it gets more expensive here?
